In a hour-long telephone interview from

Lisa. Manns also implicated another
member of the Nation of Islam,
Malvester Dixon.
Murder for hire charges against Dixon

now Manns says he was NOT in it for the

So I asked Manns what he DID get out of

Carilion recently hired former Bedford
City police chief Milton Graham as its
director of security services.
Heading up security services at
Lewis-Gale, is Brack Fore, a former
security officer of 20-plus years.
Both hospitals say they have 24-hour
security, but differ in operation.
At Carilion, there is an actual police
department -- staffed with 27-sworn
police officers, 16-security officers
and four full-time dispatchers.
At Lewis-Gale, no police department,
but eleven security officers hired and
trained by the hospital.
But, Carilion is also a lot bigger,
with about six thousand employees,
compared to Lewis-Gale's 15-hundred.
That likely plays a role in the number
of reported security calls a year --
Carilion more than 21-thousand,
Lewis-Gale, about six-thousand.
Despite their differences, both
hospitals say they are always looking
at ways to improve.

2005 Season That has been an adjustment for
starting quarterback Jonathan Wilson
who has been through a lot during his
time in Lexington. Wilson the
Rockbridge County Product came back
from a broken ankle last season to put
up some impressive numbers, he was
third in the Big South in Passing
Yards. Now he will be called upon to
use his legs even more so Wilson began
preparing in the off-season.
