little before noon ... the porch in the
back of 220 Madison Street was on fire.

three-story building ... and then
flames began shooting through the roof.

The unsafe conditions forced
firefighters to back out and minutes
later, large portions of the roof caved
in.

Last week, 17-year-old Bryan

the volunteers for restoring his
health, is now living in Kansas City,
with his new girlfriend.

Warren Jeffs was pulled over on a
traffic stop in Las Vegas.

Jeffs is facing sexual misconduct
charges in neighboring Utah and
Arizona, where he allegedly arranged

for older men to marry underage girls.

According to the F-B-I, one of
Jeffs' estimated 40 wives was with him
in the car.

Jeffs leads an estimated
ten-thousand followers of a religious
sect that believes in multiple
marriages. He took over when his father
died, and also made most of his
father's wives his own.

says payroll was done last week..but in
bankruptcy she must wait for the ok
from the lenders for payroll to go
through.

She says of the more than
8-thousand members at the three gyms

pre-paid memberships and are owed
money...that's not counting the members
at the Cave Spring gym that closed last
May.

Beat Winston-Salem for their 13th
straight victory. Even with a Playoff
berth assured Salem still has something

ground and already it's making a
U-turn.

Just hours after NASA crews began
moving Atlantis indoors, they've
stopped at about the halfway point.
Instead, the shuttle will go back to
the launch pad.

The change of heart comes after
forecasters lowered expectations for
Tropical Storm Ernesto. NASA says the
storm's top winds should be less than
first thought, and it'll now be safe to
leave Atlantis outside.

Moving the shuttle is no easy task.
It takes about 12 hours to get it from
the building to the launch pad.
