accused of helping his brother William
Morva escape from jail.

Sunday morning, August 20th,
Michael was charged with possession of
marijuana and conspiracy to help an
inmate escape.

According to the arrest warrant,
though, the conspiracy charge was for
an offense that happened in January.

Michael's employer, Nino
Ceritano, Sarah-tuh-no doesn't believe
he was involved with his brother's
escape.

Hutcherson was sentenced today to six
months of house arrest PLUS three years
probation.

Sentencing guidelines in his case
called for at least three years to
serve.

The former mayor and United
Methodist Pastor was convicted of fraud
last May.

restitution to his victims.

Because terms of the sentence
fall entirely outside the guidelines,
the government says it will appeal.

to prison for 25 years after pleading
guilty today in Campbell County.

admitted to robbing the Suntrust Bank
on Timberlake Road January 23rd.

After his arrest, Mason also told
police he'd robbed a Lynchburg

Two men who shared in the proceeds
of the bank robbery are already serving
time for grand larceny.

say it was at the hands of two foster
parents.

A three year old disabled boy was in
the care of his foster parents in Ohio
when he supposedly disappeared.

His foster mom, Liz Carroll told
police he got lost in a park near their
home.

Police however, say the Carrolls
bound Marcus Fiesel in a cocoon-like
wrapping, leaving him in a closet to
die while they went out of town, later
burning the body.

Police have also found out the
couple has moved ten times in the past
eight years and David Carroll has prior
arrests for domestic violence.

A trait that the other children
that were in the house say they
witnessed first hand.

Today the new 22- hundred square
foot facility was dedicated as the
National Surface Transportation Safety
Center for Excellence.

About 200 people work at the
facility, which generates about

Tuesday night's game with Wilmington to
be suspended in the 6th tied at
one-all.

The Avs and Blue Rocks resumed
play early this evening,

show that J.J. Redick will plead guilty
to Drunk Driving Charges and the
unlawful use of highways.

Redick was arrested back on June
13th after making an illegal U-Turn at
a sobriety check point.

Redick is scheduled to be back in
court on October 24th, but the guilty
plea most likely means his attorney
will enter the plea. That same October
night - Redick and the Orlando Magic
play Miami in a N-B-A Pre-season game.
