year- old murder suspect William Morva.

said he would be seeking two direct
indictments on Morva for allegedly
killing Corporal Eric Sutphin.

One for capital murder the
other...use of a firearm in commission
of a felony.

Finch will present evidence
against Morva to the Grand Jury in
October.

They will then decide if there's
enough evidence to formally charge
Morva.

finally gotten justice-- decades after
the crime.

Harold Deaton lived with his fianc� and
her daughters in Vinton in the mid
'80's.

The girls were seven and 11 when he
started taking advantage of them.

Last year the younger daughter found
Deaton on a sex offender registry in
Texas.

Vinton Police rounded him up.

Deaton pled guilty and was sentenced
yesterday to 22 years in prison.

sentenced in Roanoke.

Jacksonville...Virginia Task Force One
includes firefighters, paramedics,
search and rescuers and logistical
specialists.

But they're not the only ones headed
down south.

out of Virginia Beach also packed their
bags Monday prepared to also be
dispatched to the Jacksonville area.

This crew has experience in these
situations. Just one year ago, the team
made up of civilians and personnel from

Rita.

NOT to appeal a judge's decision
barring the city from acquiring
Adelphia Cable's assets.

Last week, a federal judge
ruled the city can't compete with
Comcast to take over the cable system.

He said Martinsville Cable
is not equipped to run a cable system
and lacks legal authority to own or
operate one.
