It's a game plan to stay alive.

While Iraq may have terrorists,
Kosovo has land mines ... and IEDs ...

But sometimes they're not always

From the field to the classroom,

soldiers say if it ends up saving their

The pastor, funeral home director
and one-time councilman was sentenced
yesterday.

The sentencing guidelines in his
case called for at least three years in
prison.

Instead he will spend just six
months under house arrest, pay a fine,
do community service and make
restitution.

But he will not go to prison.

The 62-year old former mayor was
convicted in May on federal fraud

Because the judge's sentence went
outside the sentencing guidelines, the
federal government has advised the
court it will appeal the sentence.
