GRAPHIC=REDICK In sports, court records in North

Carolina show that J.J. Redick will
plead guilty to Drunk Driving Charges
and the unlawful use of highways.

Redick was arrested back on June
13th after making an illegal U-Turn at
a sobriety check point.

Redick is scheduled to be back in
court on October 24th, but the guilty
plea most likely means his attorney
will enter the plea.

That same night - Redick and the
Orlando Magic play Miami in a N-B-A
Pre-season game.

Al Groh will be turning things

over to Chris Olsen, who has never
started a College Game at Quarterback.

Add to that fact that the Wide
Receivers on the 2-deep Depth Chart
other than Fontell Mines have all of 12
career catches.

Plus, history isn't kind to
Virginia when it comes to opening the
season away from Home.

In the school's history, the Cavs
have a record of 7 wins, 14 losses and
2 Ties, And Going to the Steel city
adds to the challenge..

Ice cream cake of course.

Visitors from around the world
gathered in Southwest China yesterday
to celebrate Jinjing's first birthday.

Jinjing got to partake in ice cream
cake flavored with honey and bamboo.

He was named after one of the five
Beijing 2008 Olympic Games mascots.

In fact, all of Jinjing's family
members have a connection to major
sporting events.

His father, Kobi, was named by an
Olympic Committee president, and his
mother was born during the Asian Games,
in Beijing
