Crystal Spring is one of more

While some parents worried how a
dismissal time of 3:40 would work with

seemed to be coordinating times.

Teachers at Crystal Spring were
told buses would be there by 3:40, but

students were lined up still waiting to

Sunday Two-year-old "Tiger" is now

"America's fastest Chihuahua.

Tiger out-ran dogs from across
the country during Sunday's baseball
game between the San Diego Padres and
the Cincinnati Reds.

Tiger's owner says he got fast by
chasing animals on their ranch.

The pup walked away with a
300-dollar PETCO gift certificate and a
year's supply of dog food.

The race was held to encourage
pet adoption as a first option.
