A man was struck and killed.
Police are still trying to figure out
who he is.

He's described as a white man
between 40 and 50 years old, 5 feet 10
and 220 pounds. He has blond-gray hair
and blue eyes.

He was wearing a light blue work
shirt with a sewn-on name badge of
"Jeremiah," blue jeans and white tennis
shoes.

Norfolk-Southern says the man
was trespassing, walking along the
tracks when the west-bound train came

by.

The chariots can even be driven

elevators.

Officers say they make it easier
to get around.

belongs.

A statue of the legendary boxer in
the movie "Rocky" will be returned to a
site near the steps of the Philadelphia
Museum of Art.

Those are the steps that Sylvester
Stallone ran up in the famous scene
from the first "Rocky" film 30 years
ago.

The actor donated the statue in
1982.

It used to atop the steps. Then it was
put in storage.

The city's Art Commission plans to
return the statue to the museum steps
Friday.
