Those charges date back to July
2005 when the Commonwealth's Attorney

Freedom First Credit Union in
Blacksburg and an A-T-M there.

Gregory Nelson allegedly drove

A man was hit and killed by a
train around 7:30 this morning. The
problem is: officers have not been able
to figure out who he is.

He was a white man, age:
somewhere between 40 and 50. He stood
5-foot-10, weighed 220 pounds. He had
greying-blond hair and blue eyes.

He was wearing a light- blue
work shirt with a sewn-on name patch
that says "Jeremiah," plus blue jeans
and white tennis shoes. Anyone with
information about him should call the
Salem Police Department.

Norfolk-Southern says the man
was trespassing on railroad property,
and was walking along the tracks when
the west-bound train came by.

N- S says the track speed limit
in that area is 45 miles an hour.
Railroad officials could not say
exactly how fast this train was going.

Saturday The Hokies maybe walking into a

off an opening weekend loss to Rutgers

was a major let-down to John Bunting's

the rise in the A-C-C.

not the case as U-N-C couldn't stop the
