This single engine Cessna 150 G broke
apart in mid air and crashed into the
woods in Penhook on Monday.

The pilot, Randy Nash and his wife
Erika were killed instantly.
Investigators with the FAA were on the
scene yesterday taking pictures and
paying close attention to the plane's
structure.

The government could issue a
preliminary report next week but it may
be months before we learn why the plane
broke up.

Yesterday, the Virginia appeals
court upheld the nation's first felony
conviction of illegal spamming.

Jeremy Jaynes, of Raleigh, North
Carolina was considered among the top
ten spammers in the world at the time
of his arrest.

Authorities say he grossed
750-thousand dollars a month by using
the Internet to peddle pornography and
sham products and services.

The appeals court ruled unanimously
yesterday that Virginia has a
"legitimate public interest" in
policing unsolicited e-mail and that
the state anti-spamming law's impact on
interstate commerce is "clearly not
excessive."

Under Virginia law, sending
unsolicited bulk e-mail is not a crime
unless the sender masks his identity.

While some parents worried how a

Teachers at Crystal Spring were
