about New York firefighters on the
morning of September 11th.

During the shoot, a cameraman caught

by ABC agents last summer and cited for
10- alcohol violations.....they
included serving alcohol to drunk
customers.

The restaurant could have its
license suspended for 30- days or pay a
25- thousand- dollar fine to reduce the

Mango's appealed the violations
today, saying the board didn't provide
enough convincing evidence.

wounded following a domestic dispute in
Franklin County.

Chrystal Hopkins was taken into
custody this morning after
investigators say she shot and killed
her husband 38 year-old Nicholas
Hopkins.

Chrystal's daughter 15-year-old
Diana DEE-ana Brown was also shot
during the incident.

Brown was airlifted to Roanoke
Memorial and deputies say she is in
stable condition.

Investigators charged Hopkins
with malicious wounding and use of a
firearm to commit a felony, but at this
point have not charged Hopkins with
anything relating to the death of her
husband.

beating in Blacksburg.

Two more statues were damaged
over night.

The fiberglass statues are part
of the town's "Gobble De (day) Art"
Program.

It's a fundraiser that's also
trying to draw attention to the arts.

The first bird disappeared from
the Blacksburg Farmer's Market sometime

It was ripped from its base.

The second statue has a large

Just ten months ago, a Bottlenose
Dolphin, called "Winter," was rescued
from a crab trap line.

Because of her entrapment, the
dolphin lost her tail.

Unable to swim quickly or jump
out of the water like other dolphins
caused doctors worry her unusual
movement could cause back problems
later on or even shorten her life.

The artificial tail could cost up
to 100-thousand dollars to make and
because she's just a baby, Winter would
likely need three or four new ones made
throughout her lifetime.
