Ken Henry was shot and killed.

According to search warrants, she
originally confessed to the murder but

Jones shot Henry to rob him of money
and drugs.

Jones was indicted today on
capitol murder charges.

accessory with Jones -- she too is
charged with murder.

26-year-old Steven Wayne Wright

Prosecutors say Wright supplied
cocaine to Burks on January 7th ...
Burks died of an overdose three days
later.

Wilson says it's been nearly six weeks
since the last incident they suspected
Goad.

Investigators say he lives in the
woods with his 16 year-old girlfriend

close, he is still on the run.

a knee ligament injury when he planted
