issued a legal opinion on the marriage
amendment, but it's no honeymoon in
Richmond.

not have any unintended consequences
for unmarried Virginians.

But Opponents aren't convinced.

Governor Tim Kaine supports

and WOULD affect the way unmarried

people are recognized in the state.

from a burning apartment in
Christiansburg about nine months
ago....you might remember it...a police
officer busted in and rescued

them.....but this afternoon 22-year-old
April Elkashef made headlines for
something else.

Fast Stop Food Mart in Salem at
gunpoint and that she was pushing a
carriage with her baby inside at the
time.

to pay nearly 30-thousand dollars to
break their lease with the store at the
Gables Shopping Center.

Kroger officials say when a
tenant leaves a space early, the tenant
is obligated to pay up.

Adding, the company's already
going out of its way to help by
adjusting the Y's payment from nearly
57-thousand dollars to 30-thousand.

compete directly with I-Pod.

The Zune will have a 30 gigabyte
capacity, 3-inch screen designed to
