dead...while 19 others were wounded.

identify as Kimveer Gill .. was no

stranger to automatic weapons. On a
website called

vampire-freaks...numerous photos
depicted him holding a rifle and

wearing a long black trench coat. Gill
is also quoted on the website

saying he likes to play a video game
called Super Columbine Massacre

that simulates the 1999 shooting at a

Colorado High School where 13

people died.

While the death toll here is much
lower..this cell phone video

shows....it was still a chaotic and
massively traumatic event for

students and everyone else in the line
of fire.

Dawson college is closed until Monday
as everyone here tries to come to

grips with a random act of violence

That's the opinion of the
state attorney general, released
earlier this morning.

Bob McDonnell says passage of
the amendment, which defines marriage
as involving only one man and one

enter into, or enforce lawful
contracts.

Opponents of the amendment
have said its passage could have
unintended consequences on everything
from insurance policies to advance

Education 7 anim taking a different approach to its
admissions policy.

The State Council for Higher
Education of Virginia is allowing
Founders College to open in the fall of
2007.

The private, for- profit liberal
arts college plans to locate the campus
in Campbell County near Lynchburg.

Founders College won't base
admissions decisions on S-A-T scores or
Advanced Placement exams.

Instead it will consider
applicants' high-school transcripts,
course content and evaluations by
teachers and counselors.

looking for intruders who assaulted a
man in his home on Monday night.

18-year-old Brian Shantaye Martin
was discovered in his home by a
relative on Tuesday afternoon with
injuries to his face and hands, and was
taken to the hospital.

His home appeared to have been

ransacked and more than two-hundred
dollars in cash and electronic
equipment were stolen. Police say there
was no sign of forced entry.

Due to his condition, Martin has
been unable to speak with authorities.

splitting up.

Brown's attorney says Houston filed
