linked to bags of fresh spinach.

More than 90 people have gotten
sick, and one person in Wisconsin has
died.

their shelves.

Blacksburg High School currently
plays its games at Bill Brown Stadium.

The problem is the facility hasn't
been renovated since the mid-90's and
it's located at the old Blacksburg
Middle School which closed in 2002.

So the Montgomery County School Board
wants to build a new home for the
Bruins near the Stroubles (strew-bles)
Mill community off Prices Fork Road.

Neighbors however say not so fast.
They have concerns about noise,
traffic, and stadium lights.

Shell.

Shell is charged with murder and
several sex crimes in the death of his
girlfriend and model, 19-year-old
Marion Franklin.

Prosecutors say Shell gave
Franklin a lethal dose of morphine.

Shell was appointed attorney
Jonathan Venzie after high-profile
attorney Gil Davis couldn't continue
with Monday's scheduled trial, because
of a medical condition.


A new trial date will be set next
week.

Carilion was asked by the DMV to

the YOVASO manager---- who's paid

through the grant money.

at 10. The fourth week of the high
school football season found the Salem
Spartans on the road at William Byrd.
Steve Magenbauer's team was hoping to
improve to 3 and oh, but the Terriers
have typically given Salem some
trouble.

Spartans vs. Terriers To Bob Patterson Stadium we go :00 where early in the game the Byrd
defense came up big with a stop of
Salem on 4th and goal at the five yard
line. The Spartans came up just that
short. Byrd's offense though couldn't
take advantage.

Eventually the visitors found
the zone. Brandon Grigsby takes the
handoff and
*CG final Salem busts off the left side from 15 yards 28 out and it was 20 to 7. The Spartans William Byrd went on to win it 28 to 7. Mike 7 Stevens will have much more coming up

neighborhood has a different kind of
deer.

A set of Christmas lights became
entangled around this deer in Colorado.

It's the time of year when deer
start rubbing their antlers to get rid
of the itchy velvet...and they'll use
anything....

The Division of Wildlife says the
deer is moving around freely and can

still eat so the risk of hurting the
animal to sedate it is just too great.
