The company is offering refunds for
customers who wish to return spinach
bought in their stores.

And the grocery chain says it will

explosives from a state prison
construction site in Tazewell County.

ten-thousand paid employees are getting
pink slips.

That's on top of the
four-thousand jobs that were cut
earlier this year.

Yesterday Ford announced a buyout
plan for all 75-thousand of it's union
workers.

The auto-maker says the cuts
should cut costs by five billion
dollars.

"Columbine-like" attack have been
arrested in Wisconsin.

police to search their homes.

When they did, they discovered
sawed-off shotguns, pistols, ammunition

John Lawani sexually assaulted and held
a 27-year-old woman against her will
for the past 11-months.


Lawani turned himself in on
Thursday.

Today he appeared in court and
pleaded not guilty to sexual assault

allegations outrageous.

Lawani started serving as a
chaplain at St. Joseph Cathedral in
