An outbreak in eight states has
killed one person, and made dozens of
others sick.

three-year-old Radford murder case.

File Tape A judge appointed a new attorney
today for well-known photographer Bob
Shell.

Shell is charged with murder and
several sex crimes in the death of his
girlfriend and model, 19-year-old
Marion Franklin.

Prosecutors say Shell gave
Franklin a lethal dose of morphine.

Shell was appointed attorney
Jonathan Venzie after high-profile
attorney Gil Davis couldn't continue
with Monday's scheduled trial, because
of a medical condition.

A new trial date will be set next
week.

holding up four convenience stores,
pleaded guilty today to one of the
robberies.

20 year old Matthew Scott Dillon
pleaded guilty to robbery and a weapons
charge.

He was sentenced to 55 years in
prison, though all but 5 years, 8
months was suspended.

Dillon robbed the West End Deli
Mart in Radford last March.

He confessed to the crime and
told police he robbed the store for
money to buy drugs.

Dillon still faces three more
trials for armed robberies in the town
of Pulaski and Pulaski County.

out overnight for tickets to next
week's public memorial service for
"Crocodile Hunter" Steve Irwin.

Some three- thousand fans managed to
get tickets.

The free tickets were distributed at
three locations across Irwin's home
state of Queensland, and were snapped
up within about 15 minutes.

One fan had tears in her eyes when
she finally got her ticket.
