been indicted on seven counts of
obtaining money by false pretenses.

charged with five counts each of
assault and battery on children in
their care.

39-year-old Michael Sinsel and
50-year-old Barbara Sinsel were
arrested Friday after police and the
Department of Social Services began
investigating complaints at the
Starlight Day Care Center in Dry Fork.

inexperienced pilot seem to have
contributed to a deadly plane crash on
Labor Day.

....That's the initial findings
from the National Transportation Safety
Board.

two-weeks ago when their plane went
down in Penhook.

foggy, rainy day warranted a more

The plane's wreckage was strewn

the U-S capitol into lockdown mode this
morning.....

kidnapped her in an attempt to force
her to have an abortion.

Kampf managed to escape during a
bathroom break and call officials from

Both parents are being held in a
New Hampshire jail on kidnapping
charges with bail set at 100-thousand
dollars cash.

Charges in Maine, where the
family is from, are also pending.

College fraternity house Saturday.

little pregame encouragment and then
turned them loose.

The Knights are tough enough when
teams bring their A games to South
County, but you cannot afford to make
unforced mistakes and stay in the game
with Cave Spring. Katherine Jetton -
the captain gets this point.

Byrd would play tall at the net
tonight as this spike gets past the
diving Taylor Yarber on the back line
for the Terrier point.

The Knights would put this one
away as Jennifer Harvey goes up on the
left side, and the senior will bury it
in the hardwood.

were announced this afternoon and not
surprisingly, Clemson picked up three
of them.

Last Saturday The Hokies got one of the weekly :00 honors from the league office today as
William Wall was named the co-rookie of
the week in the conference.

The six foot three inch freshman
defensive end from Washington, DC had
five tackles and three quarterback
sacks. He also had a forced fumble in
just his second collegiate game.

Not bad for a player who was
thrown out of practice the week before
and held out of the North Carolina game
for mouthing off at a coach in
practice.

jail for at least 3 and half years.
The former Ohio State Running Back
agreed to plead guilty to aggravated
robbery and carrying a concealed
Weapon.

This is part of a plea deal that
takes care of 2 cases that were pending
againt Clarett. One accused him of
holding up 2 people outside a Columbus
Bar and the other was from a highway
chase in August where Police found 4
loaded guns in his S-U-V.

The Plea Deal calls for a 7 and
half year sentence with release
possible after 3 and half.

Nelson's tour bus.... its a good bet
the crew wanted nothing more than to
get on the road again.....

After a search turned up one and
a half pounds of marijuana and
two-tenths of a pound of narcotic
mushrooms.

Nelson's tour bus was originally
stopped for a commercial vehicle
inspection.

But while talking to the driver
of the bus authorities smelled the
marijuana.

Nelson and four others received
misdemeanor citations for possession of
narcotic mushrooms and marijuana.

luck.....literally...

Yesterday This 600 pound cow fell more than
20 feet into a well.

A firefighter was lowered into
the well to tranquilize the cow.

Once the animal was sedated,
crews used a crane to hoist it up.

The cow did not appear to have
any serious injuries.
