more than six years ago.

Monday night, charged with gross sexual
imposition in Ohio. A court search
warrant states Utin "unlawfully did
have sexual conduct with another person
less than 13 years of age."

between Cincinnati and Dayton.The
warrant states Utin has admitted to
having several inapproriate
relationships with minors over the past
30 years......

acts allegedly happened with the same
minor in Middletown, Utin's home in
Blacksburg and at the pool he managed.
For the past 28 years, Utin managed the
Shawnee Swim Club in Blacksburg.

school the number two almost killed a
girl...

and poses a puncture hazard to young
