Utin was taken into custody Monday.

more than six years ago.

Today, Utin was arrested in Blacksburg
Monday night, charged with gross sexual
imposition in Ohio. A court search
warrant states Utin "unlawfully did
have sexual conduct with another person
less than 13 years of age."

He's facing charges in Middletown,
between Cincinnati and Dayton.The
warrant states Utin has admitted to
having several inapproriate
relationships with minors over the past
30 years......

In this particular case, the sexual
acts allegedly happened with the same
minor in Middletown, Utin's home in
Blacksburg and at the pool he managed.
For the past 28 years, Utin managed the
Shawnee Swim Club in Blacksburg.

president of that club and many in the
community say they're just shocked and
appalled. We should point out the
warrant does NOT indicate if Utin is
suspected of any similar activity with

A 14-year--old girl led police on
a short chase through Amherst and
Nelson Counties yesterday ... after
allegedly stealing her social worker's
car.
Authorities say the teen was
riding with the social worker when she
started acting up, and the woman had to
stop the car along Route 29 and call
for help.
When a deputy arrived, the
14-year-old got behind the wheel and
sped off.
Deputies and state troopers used
a rolling roadblock to hem her in and
get her to stop.
She's now facing a multitude of
charges.

charges in circuit court.

and 26-year-old Samuel Morris Lane
Junior were the subject of an intense
manhunt along River Road May 2nd.
The pair had broken into a home and
stolen a large amount of guns and

They spent several hours on the run
while police searched neighbors' homes.
Holloway was found in one woman's
bedroom closet ... Lane was hiding in
the woods nearby.
Both men face up to forty years in
prison when they're sentenced in
November.

Utin was taken into custody Monday.

more than six years ago.

Today, Utin was arrested in Blacksburg
Monday night, charged with gross sexual
imposition in Ohio. A court search
warrant states Utin "unlawfully did
have sexual conduct with another person
less than 13 years of age."

He's facing charges in Middletown,
between Cincinnati and Dayton.The
warrant states Utin has admitted to
having several inapproriate
relationships with minors over the past
30 years......

In this particular case, the sexual
acts allegedly happened with the same
minor in Middletown, Utin's home in
Blacksburg and at the pool he managed.
For the past 28 years, Utin managed the
Shawnee Swim Club in Blacksburg.

president of that club and many in the
community say they're just shocked and

short pursuit down Route 29 in Amherst
and Nelson County yesterday morning.

a car with a social worker when she
started creating problems, and the
social worker was forced to pull over.
The woman called police for help.
When a sheriff's deputy arrived, he saw
the car take off ...with the
14-year-old behind the wheel.

highway ended with deputies and state
troopers boxing the car in and forcing
it to stop.

County with a crashed motorcycle AND
cruiser.

when police clocked a motorcycle going

driver over... he took off.

leaves in some nearby woods.
