a child, apparently tried to take his
own life this morning.

Yesterday Ohio police say Jonathan Utin :00 tried to commit suicide by jumping off
a sink in his cell, and purposely
hitting his head on a metal bed post.

Utin appeared in court in
Middletown, Ohio this morning with a
large bandage on his head.

Utin is accused of molesting a 12
year old girl in Ohio and police say
he's admitted to doing this to many
more children over a 30 year span.

date.

with the 2003 death of his model and
girlfriend, 19 year old Marion Franklin
.

He's accused of supplying a
lethal dose of morphine to Franklin,
and of violating her corpse.

Shell was supposed to go on trial
last week, but his attorney had to drop
out because of an undisclosed medical
condition.

His NEW attorney took over this
morning and the NEW trial date is April

30th.
