and has been rescheduled three times.

Bob Shell's latest trial is set
to begin on April 30th.

to the rescue.

But, this morning, one Buchanan
ambulance had to be rescued.

Interstate 81 near the Buchanan exit.


Police say there were three
people inside....a
driver....patient...and an attendant in
the back.

The female patient and attendant
were taken to the hospital with minor
injuries.

Police the driver was traveling
in the southbound lane, tried to get in
the left lane and noticed a car behind
him....that's when he overcorrected and
overturned.

The driver was charged with
reckless driving.

Officials in Maryland say an 86-
year- old woman died last week after
becoming infected with E- coli.

Her family says she'd eaten fresh
spinach before getting sick.

of two small children.

Playskool received reports that a
19- month-old boy from Martinsburg,
West Virginia and a two- year- old boy
from Texas suffocated when oversized,
plastic toy nails sold with the tool
benches got stuck in their throats.

Though the toy nails are NOT
considered a small part, the toys are
intended for children ages three years
and older.

the death toll from a train accident is

The Boones Mill Volunteer Fire
Department has sent a subpoena to the
town.

This, amid a messy lawsuit over
what will happen to the assets of the
rescue squad that was shut down in
January of 2005.....Among those assets?
half of the fire department's building.

In the past, the department has
received a six thousand dollar grant
from the town, thanks to state funding,
for things like training, equipment of
public education...

This year, the town hasn't
decided whether the Fire Department
will receive the full amount....That's
because according to the town manager,
there are concerns among council the
money will instead be used for legal
fees in the lawsuit.

So Town Council is thinking about
splitting the money up among various
fire departments...and that may or may
not include Boones Mill.

The Fire Department wants to know

more, hence the suboena to look at
records related to the money

Yesterday According to Cincinnati television
station WCPO, Jonathan Utin appeared in
court in Middletown, Ohio today with a
large bandage on his head.

According to the station, police
say Utin tried to commit suicide by
jumping off a sink in his cell, and
purposely hitting his head on a metal
bed post.

Again, the suicide attempt was
unsuccessful.

Utin is scheduled to appear in

court again on September 28th, for a
pre-trial hearing.

Allen supporters are now calling
on Webb to stop what they call
"religious attacks" and are encouraging
him to focus on the issues.
