GRAPHIC=Fatal Accident One person was killed and another

injured in a single car accident in
Botetourt County this afternoon.

Forty-five -year old Marshall
William Clark was traveling North on
Route 220 in Eagle Rock around three
o'clock.

Police say Clark ran off the
road, over-corrected, struck an
embankment and flipped over.

When police arrived, Clark was
dead.

The passenger, 46-year old Leanna
B. Clark was airlifted to Roanoke
memorial. The nature of her injuries
is unknown.

The cause of the accident is
still under investigation.

and the South.

considering what caused a high-speed

magnetic train to crash, killing 23
people.

train yesterday.

It's unclear why the service train was
on the tracks.

The service vehicle rolls on wheels
instead of skimming on an electrically-
generated magnetic field like the train

the train's two drivers and two young
people who had completed an
apprenticeship at a company working on
the maglev train and were taking the

Carolina women went to a shelter to

escape her violent husband... only to
be murdered.

her son moved to the shelter after her
estranged husband violated a protective
order and tried to strangle her.

On Monday-while at the shelter,
Woodrings husband, John Raymond
Woodring pushed down a staff worker and

The man then fled in a stolen
blue Honda Civic.

Police in the area believe he's
on his own.

24-year-old Tiffany Hall.

Jimella Tunstall.

Hall is charged with first-degree
murder and intentional homicide of an
unborn child.

missing.

Hall who had recently had a
miscarriage, confessed the killing to
her boyfriend who called police.

the shelves in a few days.

outside California's Salinas Valley is
safe to eat.

But they are not lifting the consumer
warning, until the industry figures out
a way to let shoppers know the origin
of the spinach they are buying.

So far 171 cases of illness have been

drive, the Panthers Jermaine Pitts
fakes the handoff to Jacob Hawkins,
then rolls right and turns upfield.
Pitts picked up some blocks and went 80
yards on the play picking his way down
to the Shenandoah 3 yard line.

On the very next play, Hawkins
cashes in, finding the endzone to make
it 7-nothing Panthers in the first
quarter.

The Panthers kept things
moving on their next possession. Kerry
Dudley takes the pitch and motors 18
yards for a nice gain and another
Ferrum first down.

Two plays later, Pitts goes
left on the option and finds plenty of
daylight. He doesn't stop until he
reaches the one yard line to setup

inside a Florida Target.

became irate when another man grabbed
both Elmo's and gave one to an elderly
woman.

The man then threatened to hit

When police got there he had
already left the scene.

Employees say the Elmo's are
disappearing as soon as they hit the
shelves.
