former Blacksburg teacher a monster
tonight.

And they say there are many other
victims in Virginia.

Last Week A grand jury in Butler County, :00 Ohio indicted Jonathan Utin on 15 NEW
charges today.

He's now facing 8 counts of rape
and 8 counts of gross sexual
imposition.

Utin was a math and science
teacher in Blacksburg for 35 years.

He also managed the Shawnee Swim
club and was a Sunday school teacher.

Investigators say Utin confessed
to molesting a 12-year-old girl over a
four year period and to having several
other victims in Virginia.

authorities say a gunman is holding two
hostages

shots fired inside the school at
Bailey, Colorado, which is 35 miles
from Denver.

Authorities say the gunman is an
adult, but have no other details.

A school system official says the
high school and a nearby middle school

noise.

Police and a SWAT team have closed
the only route in and out of the town.

suicide...Terrell Owens says none of it
is true.

Terrell Owens/Cowboys Receiver, "if i
took 35 pills i wouldn't be sitting
here right now. they didn't pump my
stomach."

The flamboyant receiver was rushed to
the hospital Tuesday night after his
publicist called 911 because he wasn't
himself. A Dallas Police report says

Owens admitted trying to harm himself
and that he was treated for a drug
overdose. The publicist, Kim Etheridge,
says the police report is simply
untrue.

injured his hand two weeks ago and
recently head coach Bill Parcells said
pain medication was making the star
receiver sick.

Tuesday and most thought he was on the

thing Owens is no stranger to
controversy. As a 49er and Eagle he

agreement in exchange for his testimony
involving the murder of two women.

19 year old Jeremy Carter pled no
contest this afternoon in Roanoke City
Circuit Court.

According to prosecutors, Carter had
a hand in the murders of Deborah Pearl
Vaughn and Brenda Marie Wright inside
an apartment at Tinker Creek Manor
Apartments last February.

By agreeing to testify against the
two other defendants, prosecutors have
promised to ask for no more than 33
years behind bars for Carter.

is Terrell Owens. Today it added
another chapter, and this one may be
the most bizarre yet.

Last night Owens was taken to the
hospital with what was first reported
this morning as an attempted suicide

due to an overdose of pain killers.

Owens' publicist called 911 last
night - but around 3:30 this afternoon
T.O. emerged in Dallas to say it was
all a big misunderstansing.

plane if it makes steep dives... but
today a surgery was performed in those
conditions.. the pioneering surgery
was done in zero gravity conditions..

Video The five French doctors did a
simple surgery .. removing a cyst from
the man's arm.... but the conditions
were unique.

The medical team was strapped
down to the walls of the plane as the
plane looped up and down in a total of
25 roller coaster like manuevers.

Each dive created conditions
close to weightlessness that lasted 22

seconds. .. and the doctors operated
during those intervals only. The
patient by the way is an avid bungee
jumper used to dramatic gravitational
shifts.
