accident in Rocky Mount tonight lead to
a four hour manhunt--

The crash happened around five
tonight on Grassy Hill road just above
the Moose Lodge.

Franklin County's sheriff Quint
Overton says a car collided with
another car occupied by a couple in
their 80's.

The woman died, her husband was
taken to Roanoke Memorial -- their
names have not been released nor has
the man's condition.

The driver of the other car fled
the scene, but the Sheriff says the
suspect was caught about four hours
later.. at nine tonight.

identity of a woman found dead near her
home this morning.

Lawyers for the company say
people's good credit was used for
fraudulent loans for homes like these-

Penn's home in Ridgeway and her
