Fox Sports John Fox and Saints Coach Sean :00 Payton know each other pretty well from
their days on the Giants staff in New
York.

Today, Fox got the best of his
friend. Jake Delhomme put the Panthers
up 14-10 in the fourth quarter,
throwing it up for Drew Carter on the 4
yard touchdown pass.

DeShaun Foster has been
overshadowed a bit by rookie DeAngelo

Williams, but Foster stepped up today
ripping off a 43 yard TD gallop,
breaking two tackles at the line of
scrimmage on his way to the zone.

Still, Carolina had to sweat
out the final minute. Drew Brees found
Marques *CG final New Orleans Colston over the middle and Colston 18 took it to the house for an 86 yard Carolina score. But the Panthers held on to win 21 it 21-18, handing New Orleans its first
