outside of his apartment.

22 year old Kenneth Michael
Lanham was shot in the thigh last night
around 11:30.

Police responded to a
disturbance call on the 38-hundred
block of Stratford Park Drive and found
Lanham. He told police he had a gun.

Lanham was shot when he
reportedly lunged at officers.

The chief says a preliminary
investigation shows the officers acted
accordingly.

voted to authorize a strike, 22-hundred
Goodyear workers in Danville made good
on their promise today and walked off
the job.

They are among 15-thousand
steelworkers at Goodyear plants across
North America who started manning
picket lines today after
contract-negotiations between Goodyear
and the union went no where.

first found out he got the role.

Prosperity--- but we'll have to wait

many more nights to see the sitcom.

It was scheduled to premiere in two
weeks, but ABC's pushed it back to a
mid-season launch in January.

The network says it's because it
will be easier to promote the series
then.
