An apartment fire in Roanoke
County has sent two people to the
hospital.

firefighters responded to an apartment
at the Cinnamon Ridge complex on

Overland Drive.

A property manager said an older
woman and her son were inside when the
fire broke out.

The manager also said a window
had been blown out.

The names and conditions of the
people inside are unknown at this time.

Fire officials say the cause is
unknown at this time.

by the disciplinary review board, the
other criminal by the Commonwealth's
Attorney.

But, they're not the only one's-
according to the Commonwealth's
Attorney- Kenneth Lanham could face

*felony* charges for assault on a
police officer.

man- police were back in the 38-hundred
block of Stratford Park Drive looking
for anything they might have missed.

Wednesday night- they came to this
Roanoke apartment complex for a
disturbance call. When police arrived
they found Kenneth Michael Lanham.

where roses once flourished.

And now the program, Lynchburg
Grows, has landed a federal grant that
will help it expand.

morning.

Shoppers crowded the aisles today

Virginia Sports Hall of Fame.

Around 70 golfers teed it up at
the Rock to create awareness about the
