York is charged with first degree
murder, defiling a corpse and perjury.

They obtained a blood sample from
him back in 2000 because, they say,
Gutersloh said he attempted to have sex
with Pleasants the morning she was
found dead.

But he was not charged at the

schools was handled today.

killed a woman inside her home.

Ridge apartment complex.

The fire then spread rapidly due
to mounds of pillow stuffing on the
floor and the oxygen used by

a historic church.

in Memphis...The First United Methodist
Church was built in 1893, making it the
oldest church in the city. And a sad
day for the ministry as it appears to
be a total loss.

three more buildings on fire.

Police have charged 20-year-old
Jessi Jeffson Jephson for shooting and
killing his girlfriend, her two year
old son, her father and nephew.

Police say the killings happened
yesterday afternoon...but it wasn't
until last night that they discovered
the bodies.

Jephson was arrested early today,

he was armed, but surrendered.

Authorities believe a break-up
may have initiated the shootings.

The victims are 19 year old
Amanda Orndorff, her 60 year old father
Samuel Orndorff, her 17 year old nephew
and toddler son.

It's called Small Smiles. The clinic
serves children from their first tooth

patient was a dog.

searching....

While he was out, Buddy was hit by
