themselves to finding Pleasant's
killer.
In March, Commonwealth's attorney
Chris Rehak asked the circuit court to
create a special grand jury.
And this month that grand jury
indicted a suspect.

Gutersloh Gutterslaw was arrested
several hours ago in New York.
He's from Kings Park, New York,
but police say he lived in Radford at
the time of Pleasant's murder.
He's charged with first degree
murder, defiling a corpse and perjury.

lockdown mode after a student saw an

95 percent of albums sold were CD's,
