GRAPHIC=TECH Virginia Tech announced has

announced that the next home game
against Southern Miss will now take
place at 7pm on Saturday October 21st.

No big deal except that this is
homecoming!

OrigInally, that game was set for
1:30 in the afternoon, but it was moved
to 7pm so it could be televised on
ESPNU.

This Thursday the Hokies head to
Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts this week
for a Thursday night ESPN battle with
Boston College.

:00 Former Friday Football Extra star
Brandon Dillard has been added to the
travel squad for the game.

The redshirt freshman from

Bassett showed some nasty speed in last
week's JV game with Fork Union and as a
result he has been added as the sixth
receiver for the BC game.

The Hokies also will have Chris
Ellis and Josh Morgan back for the
Boston College game. Both were
suspended for the Ga. Tech contest
after getting arrested in downtown
Blacksburg late on the night after the
Cincinnati game.

Both have continued to practice
throughout their suspension.

The Magic will have six players
in street clothes for the game due to
injuries. JJ's return could be as
much as 10 days away according to
