OQ=Holly Pietrzak, News 7. << A grand jury indicted Kenny Tran
(END SOT) on nine new counts of sexual abuse.


Tran was already charged with one
count of sexual battery, but 9 more
woman and children came forward after
News 7 reported the story.

The new charges are alleged to
have happened between April and June of
this year and they involved at least
three children under the age of 13.

Back in 2001, Tran plead guilty
to sexual abuse for inappropriately
touching two women in a nail salon in
Pulaski County.

A former female client said he
slipped his hand down her shirt and
reached up her pant leg while she was
getting her nails done.

Tran's wife says he is innocent.

He's being held in jail without
bond.

enough about it. That's a major concern
because they make up a significant
number of doctors who treat patients at
the hospital.

For many the fear is if they
don't join the clinic, they could lose
out and so will patients.

filing for divorce yesterday.

Evans says she quit the show to
be with her children during this
difficult time.

In her divorce papers, Evans
accuses her husband Craig Schelske

(SHEL'-skee) of cheating on her,
drinking too much, watching porn, and
being emotionally abusive.

Evans thanked her fans for their
support, asking for them to understand
her "need for privacy in the face of
these recent events."

captured five U-S Marines and a sailor
planting the American flag during the
Battle of Iwo Jima in World War Two.

The flag in the Pulitzer
Prize-winning photograph can now be
seen inside the National Museum of the
Marine Corps in Quantico.

The museum is set to open in
November.
