suspended Northside High School student

yesterday.

The say the teen was carrying a loaded
handgun near school property.

believe the 16-year-old boy intended to
harm any students, faculty or
administrators.

Responding to a citizen's call, police
say they stopped the teen about 100
feet from the Northside property line.

He appeared to be heading toward the
school.

The suspect is charged with carrying a
concealed weapon and carrying a firearm
within one thousand feet of school
property.

He's in now juvenile detention.

Because of the boy's age, the case is
going through the juvenile system, and
his name is not being released.

would close.

nuclear test.

This compromise resolution meets
some of the demands of China and

Northside High School.

status.

grand jury indicted Morva on two more

suspended Northside High School student
yesterday.

The say the teen was carrying a loaded
handgun near school property.

Responding to a citizen's call, police
say they stopped the teen about 100

concealed weapon and carrying a firearm
within one thousand feet of school
property.

He in now juvenile detention.

Because of the boy's age, the case is
going through the juvenile system, and
his name is not being released.

Manhattan.

Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle and his

important finding in their
investigation into the tainted spinach
that sickened dozens of people across
the country.

The same strain of the deadly E-
coli bacteria has been found at a

cattle ranch within a mile of the
spinach fields in California's Salinas
Valley.

However, investigators still aren't
sure if the E- coli found in the cow
manure contaminated the fields-- or if
the waste was used as fertilizer.

Three people died and nearly 200
got sick from contaminated spinach.
