26 year old Michael Morva is
charged with conspiracy to help an
inmate escape.

That inmate is his younger
brother, 24 year old William Morva.

William Morva is charged with
three counts of capital murder in the
deaths of two officers.

In court yesterday, we learned
Michael Morva told police he and his
brother had talked extensively about
faking an injury and getting to the
local hospital to escape.

Michael also told police he and
his brother talked about using body
spray deodorant so tracking dogs
couldn't follow a scent.

The night William escaped, police
say Michael bought body spray
deodorant.

His defense attorney says Michael
never helped his brother, but the
prosecutor disagrees.

One of those stations is at

A slab of concrete covers a
seismograph which is implanted about
four-feet into the ground.

Data is relayed to a solar
powered transmitter, which in turn
records data.

One professor says it's not
beyond the realm of possibly that an
earthquake could occur in this region.
