expansion of Virginia Tech's Lane
Stadium is blaming the school and
architects for construction delays.

VO-NAT Crews are still putting finishing


touches on the stadium -- more than a
year after it was scheduled to be
finished.

Now Turner Construction Company
is suing the university for thirty
million dollars -- claiming the school
owes addititonal money.

The suit blames "massive design
problems" for the additional costs and
delays -- and points to Tech AND Mosely
Architects of Richmond.

Tech has countersued for more
than three million dollars in damages.

death of a person found in the Roanoke
River a homicide.

police found a body in the river near
the 800 block of Wiley Drive in Wasena
Park.

Police have sent the body to the

Wall".

It's a half-scale replica, made
of aluminum.

It goes to small communities to
ensure veterans who have never visited

Virginia are on the Wall....More than
60 of those from the NRV.

The Moving Wall will be in Dublin

challenged a Texas man to see who could
post the scariest threat online.

Authorities took his online
threats seriously...but doubts and the
truth started to surface.

Although this was just a hoax-The
N-F-L is beefing up security for all
it's games this weekend-in hopes of
reassuring fans of their safety.

Brahm faces up to five years in
prison for making false threats.
