Guilford vs. Washington & Lee It was homecoming at W&L - and :00 the occasion brought a big crowd to
campus - and as you know more fans mean
more cowbells.

Guilford - fresh off its upset
win over Bridgewater last week - jumped
on the board first as Josh Vogelbach
takes the snap looks the field over,
can't find a receiver and he will take
off for a ten yard gain that set up a
first quarter field goal.

The Generals answered late in the
first quarter. Check out R.J. Varner
hand off to J.C. Campbell, who gets it
to Colton Ward on the reverse and Ward
will flick it back to Varner, who will
air it out 29 yards to Jack Martin in
the endzone. Those tricky Generals
take a 7-to-3 lead on the boys from
North Carolina.

The W&L defense got the ball back
in the second as outside linebacker

Robert Foster tipped this *CG final Guilford pass into the hands of his teammate - 12 Walker Williams -who sets the table for Washington & Lee his offense on the turnover.
