Commonweath's Attorney Brad Finch found

questioned Finch's campaign finance
reports.

Nagel's original concern was over
the date Finch bought and reported
campaign T-shirts.

The board forwarded Nagel's
concerns to the Commonwealth's
Attorney's office.

Finch says the shirts were
delivered July first, and that he paid
for them later in the month.

Finch was appointed
Commonwealth's Attorney and is now
running for the job in a special
election as the Republican candidate.

similar amendment to the one being
proposed in Virginia.

Residents are now waiting for the
Ohio Supreme Court to decide whether
unmarried domestic violence victims who
live with their abusers are protected
under the law.

the state will not recognize
relationships that resemble marriage-
-which could include co- habitation.

If Virginia's amendment passes
some attorneys say they'll be ethically
bound to bring up the argument when
defending clients accused of domestic
violence.

If any judge in Virginia were to
find domestic violence protections
unconstitutional, no cases could be

prosecuted in that locality unless the
ruling was overturned.

If a case went to the Virginia
Supreme Court the process could take
several years.

a lot of money.

At every home football game, the
Cadets make the rounds at tailgating
parties to collect money for the D-Day
Memorial.

The fund began after a Cadet heard
about the memorial's financial problems
and decided to help.

It started off as a small service
project within the Corps, but by the
second year nearly every Cadet wanted
to get involved.

Bedford today ... nine days after he
was killed in Iraq.

killed by a sniper in Hadditha, Iraq on
October 17th.

wildfire in California that has killed
four firefighters was not an accident.

order today bans smoking in all
executive branch buildings and state-
owned vehicles starting January first.

Right now it's up to building
managers to decide whether smoking is
allowed in state buildings.

A Kaine cabinet secretary is

Incentives *could* include
waiving health insurance co- payments
for those taking classes to help them
quit.

include mental- health facilities and

shopping. We called three chain

pharmacies and compared prices.

Thirty 15 mg tablets of prednisone
could be more than 16 dollars cheaper.

We also checked -- a 30 day supply of
250 mg caplets of Amoxicilin. You can
see the price differences.

But independent pharmacist Tim Lucas
says most of the drugs on the list are
typically not that expensive. He says
for some people who have insurance
their co-pays may actually be cheaper
than the 4 dollars. He warns customers
before switching all their medications,
get all the prices not just the
generics to make sure they're really
saving overall.

forget their former mayor.

Chambers to former Mayor Roger
Hedgepeth.

He left office last Spring, after
more than 24 years on the job.

Smokey - the University of
Tennessee's bluetick coonhound mascot,
has been accused of biting an Alabama
player before last week's game at
Neyland Stadium. Crimson Tide receiver
Mike McCoy fell on top of the the
3-year-old dog during pregame warmups
and says Smokey bit him. Smokey's
owner says he didn't.

By the way Alabama lost the game
and Smokey - who is always on a leash -
will NOT be punished.

finalized.

Country singer Sara Evans and her
husband agreed to terms of their
divorce in court today.

The judge ordered the couple to
split more than 270-thousand dollars in
a joint account.

Also, the couple agreed he would
move out of their house and create a
visitation schedule for their three
kids.

Evans filed for divorce two weeks
ago, claiming her husband cheated on
her, was verbally and emotionally
abusive, drank too much and watched
pornography in their home.

He denies the allegations and

claims Evans wanted a divorce because
she was having a relationship with
another man.
