The Corps of Cadets goes around
to tailgating parties and collect money
for the D-Day Memorial.

The fund began six years ago,
after a Cadet heard about the
memorial's financial problems.

It started off as a small service
project within the Corps, but by the
second year nearly every Cadet wanted
to get involved.

Every year after the football
season, several members of the Corps
travel to Bedford to present the
Memorial with a check.

So far, the Cadets have raised
130-thousand dollars for the D-Day
