(NATZ FIRE)
more than 12 hundred firefighters are
battling the blaze, compounded by
the fierce, unpredictable winds. The
fire has already scorched at least
24 thousand acres.. And for a time
stranded hundreds of campers in a
park. It also destroyed at least five
homes and is still threatening
others. One resident described the
harrowing scene as he quickly
evacuated in his truck.
