releasing survelliance photos in hopes
of catching the suspects.

ATM on Electric Road near Tanglewood
Mall.
That's when police say three suspects
robbed 21 year old Robert Anderson
Crush.

getting into the passenger side of the
car.
Another two are outside the vehicle.
In this photo, you can see the gun
pointed at the victim's head. Police
asked us not to show his face out of
fear of his safety.
The suspects then took off in an old
model grey mini van which was parked
next door in back of Panera Bread.

lucky, he escaped without injury.

happen often. But when it does, what
should folks do?
Natasha, for starters if you ever see
anything suspicious you should leave
the ATM immediately. Secondly and this
is really important you should always
lock your doors which Natasha is
something the victim in this case
didn't do.

at Woodrow Wilson Middle School last
spring pleaded no contest in court
today... now Terry Dehart will spend 30
days in jail on the weekends.

May 1 of the incident in court today.
The tape shows two students
carrying cafeteria trays, exchanging
words with Dehart as he re-enters the
school.
He had just come from the office
where he was told his son no longer
attended Woodrow Wilson.
you can see he approaches Terrell
Wilson and knocks the tray out of his
hands.
Dehart's "ego and temper got the
best of him," his attorney said.
Judge Joe Clarke ordered Dehart
to serve 30-days in jail on weekends,
starting a week from Friday.
He may also have to pay the
teenager's hospital bill.
A hearing on restitution was set
for January.

Roberson robber-son was accused of
firing the fatal shot that killed
22-year-old T.J. Thompson.
Police say during the early
morning hours of May 20th - gunfire
broke out at an unlicensed, after-hours
club on Melrose Avenue.
Thompson was killed and
seven-other people were shot, including
Roberson.
Roberson's attorney says he's
relieved, but knows he's not out of the
woods.

crossing the picket lines at the
Goodyear plant in Danville.

The steelworkers union there has
been on strike since October 5th in a
dispute over job and benefits
protection.
The company placed a newspaper ad
for temporary workers-- picketers say
about twenty cars came into the plant
this morning.
They were greeted with shouts of
"scab!" from the union workers on the
picket line.
Danville police were on hand and
there were no reports of any problems.
Goodyear also announced today
plans to close its plant in Tyler,
Texas.

may know him better by the name "He
Hate Me" in the X-F-L. Smart got his

Buffalos vs Highlanders Featured an unbeated Glenvar team
traveling to the house of the
Buffalos's.
Glenvar used the running
game to take the lead. On a 3rd and
long Jerrel Bolden the fullback breaks
one to the outside tip-toes the
sideline and takes a hit but gets the
first down.
The drive would be finished off
by K.J. Ford who goes up the middle for
the touchdown, Highlanders take a 16 to
nothing lead at halftime.
In the second half the Buffalos
were able to move the ball, On fourth
down Luke Harris finds Cody Burrier
with the pass to get Floyd County a
fresh set of downs.

23 Harris for the Touchdown, but that is
Floyd Co. all the Buffalos would get, Glenvar

Last Thursday Branden Ore picks up the league's

the second time this season. Ore was a
