offers new evidence that the Senate
race between George Allen and Jim Webb
is still up for grabs.

Research conducted a statewide poll in
the last week.

It shows Allen with a three percent

edge over his challenger, but that's
well within the poll's 4-point-6 pe
cent margin of error.

The poll also finds 12 percent of
likely voters are undecided as election

Vierling.

A little over a month later, there
was another leak this time at a
fraternity house.

The president also set up a task force
to come up with long term plans.

The recommendations are in and they
include more detectors, and weekly
inspections of all mechanical rooms.

purchase of handheld carbon monoxide
detectors.


The college already has and the
detectors were put to good use during a
recent false alarm.

says they robbed this Appalachian Power
facility along Newbern Road.

With the rising price of scrap
metal, leaders with the company say
they have seen a big increase in the
theft of electrical equipment,
especially copper conductor.

in those areas have been alerted about
