murdering two men.

It all started IN Galax over the
weekend....but it ended Tuesday night
outside Knoxville, Tennessee.

Police say Carrol Lineberry
killed a security guard as he was
patrolling school grounds against
Halloween vandalism at a high school
outside of Knoxville.

The security guard had actually
radioed that he'd spotted a dark car
with Virginia tags, and later alerted
he had been shot.

The suspect then stole the
guard's car, and led police on a wild
chase in the Knoxville area.

Once police stopped the car, they
arrested Lineberry.

Authorities have charged him with
murder.

Officers later discovered the car
Lineberry was driving at the high
school belonged to another man from
Galax, who was also found murdered.

old Neal Jackson Hutton. Galax police
showed up after they got a call from
authorities in Tennessee.

Tennessee tv stations are reporting
Hutton was stabbed to death, but Galax
police are not confirming the cause of
death. Hutton has no family in the area
and neighbors say he kept to himself.

Lineberry killed Hutton. They say the
two men were acquaitenaces. They plan
to charge Lineberry with capital murder
robbery and grand larceny.

caution last Sunday.

driver Robby Gordon for intentionally
throwing debris on the track during
the race at Atlanta.

Gordon, who owns his own race team, was
docked 50 driver points and 50 car
owner points, and was fined $15-
thousand dollars.

The debris caused NASCAR to call
a caution, which helped Gordon to his
tenth- place finish, but hurt Jeff
Burton's effort among other.

And Burton is racing for a
championship and Robby Gordon is barely
even racing.

chase in the Knoxville area.

Once police stopped the car, they
arrested Carroll Lineberry and charged
him with killing the school guard with

murdering two men.

And it all started IN Galax over
the weekend....but it ended Tuesday
night outside Knoxville, Tennessee.

Police say Carrol Lineberry
killed a security guard as he was
patrolling school grounds against
Halloween vandalism at a high school
outside of Knoxville.

Now, the security guard had
actually radioed that he spotted a dark
car with Virginia tags and later
alerted he had been shot.

The suspect then stole the
guard's car and led police on a wild
chase in the Knoxville area.

Once police stopped the car, they
arrested Lineberry.

Authorities have charged him with
murder.

Officers later discovered the car
Lineberry was driving at the high
school belonged to another man from
Galax, who was also found murdered.
