considered a runaway turned
neck-and-neck

for months, but our final Survey USA
poll showed a last-minute surge for
Democratic challenger Jim Webb.

way off. The race is still neck and
neck with 90 percent of the precincts
reporting.

Right now, Incumbant George Allen
is ahead by one percentage point 50 to
Webb's 49.

the most interest - and controversy.

It's been called the "Marriage
Amendment", which would define marraige
in Virginia as the union between one
man and one woman.
