later, Jim Webb gave his victory

39 year old Carroll Lineberry is
charged with murder in both Virginia
and Tennessee for incidents over the
Halloween weekend.

He's accused of killing school
security guard Russell Kocur on
Halloween night.

Police say Kocur was shot in the
back and that Lineberry stole his car

Knoxville.

Two officers took the stand this
morning to testify.

Cox's Chapel community.

County and would be used to house

Unitarian Universalist Church of
Roanoke.

It'l be replaced with a new
steeple that houses a cell phone
antenna.

Residents in the area strongly

A crane lifted the first column
this afternoon, and others soon

More of the building's
groundbreaking design will take shape
over the next few months, as Centex
(SEN-tex) Construction and a steel
sub-contractor from Tennessee continue
their work on the structure.

Today, representatives of the
museum and the construction company
said they were pleased to see the first
pieces of steel lifted into place.

Hershberger Road.

Built in the early 1960's...
Crossroads was of one the first Malls
in the Roanoke Valley.

The arch was added later... and
became the icon for the shopping
center.

The decline of Crossroads began
when Tanglewood Mall opened its doors.

Advance Auto Parts corporate
offices now occupy the former Circuit
City building.
