hunter in Pulaski County.

27 year old Richard Aaron Duncan
was shot and killed earlier this month
in the Hiwassee community, about 10
miles south of Pulaski.

Kenneth Barry Altizer.

According to a search warrant,
Altizer told officers he snorted the
prescription drug Lortab the day of the
shooting.

Board is on the scene investigating.

ANCHOR=NATASHA to ask that seatbelts be required on

all new school buses. Currently there
is no federal law mandating them.

But opponents point out, last
year, there were less than ten

fatalities on school buses. Then
there's the cost.....

Outfitting every new school bus
with seat belts would cost 150 million
dollars... Money the Federal Government
says would be better spent on other
more effective safety measures -- like
additional padding in seat backs.

But seatbelt advocates argue any
delay puts kids at risk.

their right to breastfeed at Boston's
Logan Airport today......

infants at the Delta desk.

They were there to protest the
removal of a nursing mother from a
Delta commuter flight in Vermont.

The so-called "nurse-in" at Logan
was one of about a dozen held at
airports around the country.

Protestors said they hope the
incident will lead to further action by
airlines to protect women's breast
feeding rights.

at the age of 81....

professor at Roanoke College celebrated
his centennial birthday today with
colleagues.

Fisher doesn't get into the
classroom much anymore but he still
works once one a week as a research
chemist.

Today however, he announced, the

tonight at home at the Bast Center
against the Ferrum College Panthers who
were already one and one on the season.

throughout. With a minute 20 left in

the three. We're at 67-all. Long had a
game high 19.

The game went to overtime tied at
70. In the extra period Quanita
Bennett will grab the errant Roanoke
pass and outrun all the defender to the
other end and bank in the layup to put
Ferrum on top by a duece.

Roanoke would get the lead back
one more time as Brittany Johnson gets

the rock low in the paint, and she will
turn and hit the jumper to give the
