family's destroyed home.

As crews battled the blaze, they
discovered the water pressure on the
closest hydrant was below average.

Since then, the town has replaced
the hydrant.

to help with a settlement.

charge.

after the car she was driving crashed
near the intersection of 8th Street
and Hanover Avenue.

Police say the man who was riding

owner of the Zmart, during an attempted

robbery minutes earlier.

Phelps was accused of eluding

plans for the Countryside property in
Roanoke, say a golf course will remain
the centerpiece of the project.

And they've hired a leading golf
course architect to design the links.
