The National Retail Association expects
137 million shoppers to hit the stores
over the next 3 days.

Last year, consumers spent 8

Billion dollars on Black Friday alone.

VO NAT And it's expected that each
shopper will spend roughly 800 dollars
during this holiday season.

But money managers caution
consumers about going into debt during
this time of year.

They suggest there are ways to
still enjoy the holidays without
hurting your pocket book.

Money managers recommend that
shoppers have a budget.

That you make a shopping list
before you hit the stores.

Also, they advise speaking with
family and friends about setting a
spending cap on gifts.

They also strongly encourage
using cash instead of credit cards.
