between Blacksburg and Roanoke.

There were also delays on I-81
South in Botetourt County.

The airport also reporting a busy
day - one of its busiest to be exact

workers responded to an accident in

Franklin County just before seven on
Bethlehem Road.

According to a first responder on
the scene there was a head on collision
between a mini van and another car.

Five people had to be rescued -
some of them airlifted to hospital

in Martinsville for the next few
months.

That's because starting tomorrow,
the water department will be smoke
testing collection lines throughout the

sanitary sewer system.

To do this, workers will have to
blow non-toxic smoke into sewer mains -
that way they can spot flaws or leaks.

The effects should be minimal,
however drivers are asked to be careful
around manholes.

night's 21-to-16 loss to East Carolina.
N-C State dropped six of eight A-C-C

bowl games but failed to finish higher
than fourth in the conference. He also
lost the last 3 games against North
Carolina. He had three years remaining
