girlfriend.

morning.
Startz was going to plead
guilty.... But changed his mind, so the
judge started making arrangements for
the January jury trial.. and that's
when Startz changed his mind again..
and pleaded guilty to first degree
murder.

cash register at the Fairlawn Walmart
when Startz grabbed her by the hair and
pulled her down an aisle. Witnesses say
she was yelling "Let me go" but Startz
put a pistol to the side of her head
and pulled the trigger.

The Department of Housing and
Urban Development says serious
violations will require the
reimbursement of close to two million
dollars.

related to the re-development of the
Lincoln Terrace community.

issues with 19 of the 21 contracts they

This afternoon, Fitzpatrick's
attorney said his client never
benefitted financially and never voted
on five contracts where HUD is
requesting corrective action.
Attorney David Paxton says the
report makes it clear that no violation
of civil or criminal law is involved.

Union leaders say the incident involved
some sort of chemical reaction, but

Tomorrow, WVU hosts Rutgers in
the final Big East game of the season
for both.
But tonight there are reports out
of both West Virginia and Alabama that
the Crimson Tide is serious about
talking with Rich Rodriguez - the
current WVU coach.
But Rodriguez says he's isn't
paying attention to the would-be
distraction.

Scarlet Knights to their second ten-win
season in the school's 137-season
history. Rutgers achieved its first
top-ten ranking in school history this
season under Schiano and can win the

Michael Vick's obscene gesture from
Sunday.
His fine from the NFL for making
the gesture was $10 thousand dollars
and then Vick decided to give another
$10 thousand to charity. The Falcons
say Vick have the family of Atlanta
firefighter Steven Solomon half of it.
Solomon died Wednesday from injuries he
suffered battling a Thanksgiving night
fire. Michael gave another five
thousand to Warrick Dunn's foundation
that helps single moms become home
owners.

a chance to catch up with one of the
starting 3rd Basemen in this year's
World Series. Fans will have that
chance this evening at Brookville High
School as former Bee Brandon Inge will
be returning to his Alma Mater.

VO-NAT Inge just wrapped up his 6th
season in the Major Leagues, all with
the Detroit Tigers and was a major part
in the Tigers suprising run to the
World Series this season. Inge has
settled in at 3rd Base for Detroit
after coming up through the Minors as a
Catcher.
He will return to Brookville this
evening to have his number retired in
between the Girls and Boy's Basketball
Games this evening.
Inge batted over 2-fifty for the
Tigers this season and hit a career
high 27 Home Runs. We will hear from
Inge coming tonight on News 7 at 11.
