County got more than they bargained for
today when they executed a search
warrant in the Ferrum area.

A four-hour search turned up a
dog with a broken leg, plus the bodies

into a drug-find in Wythe County--
yesteday afternoon.

A deputy pulled over 33-year-old
Dantee DAHN-TAY Keys for speeding on
Interstate-77.
The deputy reportedly found a
loaded gun in the car and several
different drugs including 22-thousand
dollars worth of Oxycontin.
Investigators say Keys is from
Greensboro, North Carolina and gave
them a fake name.

how Meador lost the vintage Martin
Guitar last weekend, and how he's still
praying for its safe return.

when he learned to play his first
guitar.

And it wasn't long before he was
on stage, performing with the Little
Hillbillies, a popular Bedford County
group that played on local radio and
television.

50 years, a 1952 Martin D-28... the
instrument he lost over the weekend.

Meador was leaving a jam session
here at Happy's Flea Market.
Distracted by a conversation, he set
his guitar case down and left it
behind.
He returned two hours later, but
the guitar was gone.
He checked with management, the
music store where he was playing, and
Roanoke police but so far no luck.

getting some tickets for the Chick Fil
A bowl and then hanging out in Atlanta
to ring in the New Year - you better
get out the credit card and get on
ebay.
Officials at the bowl in Atlanta
announced this afternoon that this
year's game between Virginia Tech and
Georiga is now a complete sell-out.
Both the Hokies and Bulldogs
asked for 18 thousand five hundred
tickets a piece, and each school sold
that allottment in one day.
More than 75 thousand fans are
expected to be on hand in the Georgia
Dome. And there is a good chance it
could be a record crowd breaking the
previous mark of just over 75 thousand
set in 2003 when Clemson played
Tennessee.
